Program description. Crosby & Kaneda CPAs sends SMS text messages to clients and contacts who have opted in, including service updates, appointment and document reminders, and other communications related to our services and your engagement with our firm.
Opt-in. You may opt in by providing your mobile number and consenting on a form, by written or verbal agreement, or by texting an opt-in keyword. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any services.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You may receive recurring messages.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier’s plan. Contact your carrier for details.
Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent. You may also opt out by contacting us using the information below.
